1. Return & Replacement Policy (Pakistan Only)
Eligibility for Return
- We accept returns within 7 days of deliveryonly under the following conditions:
- The product is not as promised (e.g., wrong item, major difference in quality or design).
- Proof must be provided, such as unboxing video or photos showing the issue as it appeared upon delivery.
- Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
Replacement Policy
- Eligible for replacement in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Color exchange (only if alternate color is in ready stock)
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacement requests unless the error is from our end.
- In case of our mistake (wrong size, wrong color, or defective product), we will arrange a free replacement.
- Customers may also choose to drop the item at our pickup point to avoid courier charges.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed in cases where:
- The product is proven to be of low quality or not as advertised.
- Valid proof is provided (unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue upon delivery).
- If a refund is approved:
- Up to 10% may be deducted from the total amount depending on the scenario and condition of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
3. Open Box Delivery
We offer open box delivery service in Pakistan to ensure that you receive the correct product before accepting it. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
4. International Orders
Currently, our website ships orders within Pakistan only.
