1. Shipping Within Pakistan
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
- Courier Partner: We ship through TRAX Logistics for standard home delivery.
- Shipping Charges:
- Charges are based on order weight and delivery location.
- Free delivery may be available during promotions or above a certain order amount.
- Open Box Delivery: Offered in selected areas. Please check availability with our support team before placing an order.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Tracking information will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Attempts and Cancellation
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Re-shipping will only occur upon reconfirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Self Pickup Option (JILDKAR Pickup Points)
- Customers may choose to pick up their orders from JILDKAR’s own designated pickup points.
- This option can be selected at checkout or arranged by contacting our support team.
- Location and availability of pickup points will be shared at the time of order.
5. International Orders
- Direct international shipping is not available on our website.

6. Damaged or Open Parcels
